School Holidays | Designer Mugs: Create a Landscape

Taking inspiration from the landscapes on display from the Gallery’s collection and the Ashburton Society of Arts, children are invited to decorate their very own mug using brightly coloured porcelain markers.

Once you have created your patterns on the mug, you can take it home to bake in the oven for 90 minutes at 160C to set the design.

This programme is open to children aged 3 years and above. Adult supervision is required for children under the age of 13. A cost of $2 applies for the purchase of the mug and towards the materials.
