about-exhibition

DATES & TIMES

23 May - 26 July 2015

Open Daily: 10am - 4pm

Light, colour and the obsessive cutting of paper flowers by Tara Douglas make up an installation that immerses the viewer, encasing them in a mysterious otherworldly environment.  Douglas is a recent Masters graduate her work is greatly influenced by her time in Japan. Paper folding, flower arranging, cherry blossoms and  the Kawaii, cute culture phenomenon play a role in her work Midnight Blooms.
