Lincoln High School photograph and painting teacher Jaimee Peters was this years judge for the Zonta Youth Art Awards 2015 last Friday evening.
Her remarks on the winning works Animation by Arm Chomprasert are a “carefully composed black and white documentary photograph, capturing interactions between people in public spaces.”
