ABOUT THIS EXHIBITION
DATES & TIMES
27 June - 19 July 2020
Open Daily: 10am - 4pm
This year Ashburton College art students have been exploring the works of three artists included in the Ashburton Art Gallery’s collection. The artworks by Sam Foley, Kathryn Mitchell and Margaret Digby all address the theme of urban-scape depicting local places and buildings. These works have been influential in guiding students to create their own paintings for this exhibition.
This display brings together the resulting artworks made by students and the Ashburton Art Gallery collection works which have influenced them in a unique, interactive exhibition.
