Sarah Thomas Jeweller

South of Timaru, overlooking the coastal cliffs, rolling hills give way to Sarah Thomas’ studio. Bustling with projects, jewellery and artworks, this intimate space is filled by the work and tools of a master craftsman.
Nestled amongst this activity is the shelf full of Sarah’s newest work. Designed and then shaped from wax, her jewellery is carved into delicate forms and cast into silver and gold, then set with various stones to create beautifully finished, high quality pieces.  Sarah has kept developing her jewellery over the time we have had the pleasure of stocking her pieces here at the Ashburton Art Gallery, and we are delighted to present a selection of her newest works, from her shelf, for you to enjoy.
